Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or are returned incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including final sale products, custom orders, and any product that has been installed or altered after delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure about the return eligibility of your item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@tylercalmarketing.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a clear description of the issue along with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our return policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
